This boggles my mind
Someone please tell me what the HELL's wrong with
All the people that run this country!!!!!!
Both Republicans &
Democrats
We're "broke" & can't help our own Seniors, Veterans,
Orphans, Homeless
Etc.,???????????
In the last years we have provided aid to Haiti , Chile , Pakistan, Lybia , Egypt and Turkey, And Japan
Literally, BILLIONS of DOLLARS!!!
Our retired seniors living on a 'fixed income' receive no aid
Nor do they get any breaks while our government and religious organizations pour
Hundreds of Billions
Of $$$$$$'s and Tons of Food
To Foreign Countries!
We have hundreds of adoptable
Children who are shoved aside to make room for the adoption of foreign orphans.
AMERICA: a country where we have homeless without shelter, children going to bed hungry, elderly going without 'needed' meds, and mentally ill without treatment -etc,etc.
YET.......................
They have a 'Benefit' for the people of Haiti on 12 TV stations, ships and planes lining up with food, water, tents clothes, bedding, doctors and medical supplies.
Imagine if the *GOVERNMENT* gave 'US' the same support they give to other countries.
We live in a country that has always helped those in need BUT now our country is in need and where is the help. Some people have lost their job, home and have children and have no idea where their next meal is coming from. Our government should be ashamed that they have turned their backs on the needy in the USA and this includes vets who have been forgotten by them but not by me. These vets also need help as some are homeless, hungry. helpless and only because they were injured while protecting the country we live in along with those who will not help them.

ReplyDeleteI so agree, JoAnn!! And this doesn't even begin to take into account the millions handed over to a bogus company to make us energy efficient.
ReplyDeleteThe rule of thumb is this . . . . . . make everyone in the US equally poor and you have another third world country. That is the present scheme of things and they are winning.
Tax the poor because they can't buy health insurance, yet tax the rich because they buy too much health insurance. All for the middle class that doesn't exist anymore! Our government and it's regulations has done more to destroy the middle class than anything else.
Oh, don't get me started, hon!! I'm afraid that we are like the Romans. Their heyday ended after the debauchery of their people, the lack of morality, the bestiality, the corrupt government, and the general wickedness in the empire. Our nation is well on it’s way on being First in this category!!
